Every woman wants to know she looks good, that she is “fearfully and wonderfully made” as we are told in Psalm 139:14. The HEAL Principles are based upon this scripture. HEAL is a life style change, a shared program, and a group program. It is a program designed to help you examine yourself spiritually, and to get off the roller coaster of restrictive, harmful dieting. HEAL is a freedom filled approach to food, it is about living an abundant life, and it is centered on God rather than ourselves or the wisdom of the world.
Broken into 6 Lessons, Heal will take you through each lesson, with Scripture, with reading, with application, and with personal reflections. There will be places where you are told to be accountable, to call your friends your doing the program with.

This book is a wonderful tool, one I am finding helpful in my own life, and journey towards accepting myself and living abundantly. Allie and Judy have combined some wonderful concepts to live by in this book, I highly recommend this book to anyone with issues with their self image.
