Ray of Light

My Thoughts:
Shelley Shepherd Gray has a second book in The Days of Redemption Series, I missed the first book in this series, I have gotten the idea that knowing the stories of the Keim family, would have helped me connect with this story easier.  That being said, I enjoyed the story.  Roman Keim is the one person in his family who doesn't have a lot of drama in his personal life.  However in his family the drama is overwhelming.  To the point he takes a much needed break and goes to Florida, to Pinecraft for a much needed vacation. Just longing for peace and quiet, he is drawn to Amanda Yoder, who seems to be the most peaceful woman he has ever met.
A wonderful story of love and connection.  I really do feel this book needed the first book for the whole gist of the story to be understood, so I wouldn't say a stand alone book.  Enjoyable story, great writing.  4 stars.
