My thoughts about the book:
Well another hard review to write. Probably why I procrastinated about writing it. Just not my favorite story. The cover of the book makes you feel like your going to read a sweet romance that will thrill you. Instead you have two rivals who are pretty cut-throat about their goals. To have been such rivals their romance seemed a bit forced at the end of the book. Charlie fell short as a hero,he was little more than a thug with a winning smile and while Lucy was a cute and adorable heroine, she was a bit too deceptive to get her way. You would think a book about candy would be a sweet book, but I did not find it to be so. All in all not a favorite story for me.
