Fiction/Historical

Abigail Harding, a prim and proper, and beautiful, school teacher has left her comfortable home, on a mission of sorts to find out why her older sister who is in Wyoming Territory is not sounding like herself in her letters home.  Sure that something is out of sorts with Charlotte, she knows that she must find out, and help her sister.  A cruel and harsh territory is all that she seems to find in Wyoming.  Beautiful skies, but that is about all she finds good there.
A novel that is filled with surprises around every corner, you will not be bored.  Deserters, stage coach robberies, a handsome lieutenant, a baron, an actress, and two sisters who love each other deeply, will keep your attention.  Falling in love with the territory, Abigail is not sure whether she will return home after the summer. Perhaps it is more than the territory that is making her want to stay.
A great story, bound to keep you reading to the end!  Amanda Cabot pulls us into this new series, with a surprise ending, making you long for a quick release of the next book!  404 pages US $14.99 4 stars.
