A Short Life Well Lived

CBR Review:
OHH my word, this book needs a tissue warning, and a statement saying do not read if you have lost a child recently.  It just about tore my heart out, I cried buckets and buckets.  At one point I was crying so hard my dog came to comfort me.  All that being said, this book was so well written, I truly don't know much about Tom Sullivan, but I would say he has walked very close to the path of a parent who has lost a child, his descriptions of questioning and the anger and hurt you feel towards God was so accurate.  The story does not end happily ever after, unfortunately and you just feel the pain of this family, even though it is a work of fiction, you feel these are real characters.  I have to say this book was so hard to read, but I could NOT put it down!!  Definitely a 5 star book for me.  (tears and all)  Great job Tom Sullivan!  Thanks to Glass Road PR for sending this me book for review. No payment was received for this review!
