Encased in a lovely hard cover, with raised letter, Mom's Bible is a lovely book to add to your library, but the true treasures are to be found inside. 

The Bible is set up as a regular Bible, in Book, Chapter and Verse format, with notes interspersed through out the Bible.  These notes are not just willy nilly thoughts added here and there in the pages of the Bible, they are notes that cover topics, such as who our God is,  Walking in, which looks at our daily attitudes, Godly Character, Passing it on, Moms in the Bible, Wonderful Counselor, Insights, and more.  Each note section is placed along side corresponding verses, keeping it in context. 
A wonderful tool for moms, a Bible with notes especially directed towards a mother's heart.  I took this lovely Bible and headed towards my favorite book in the Bible, St. John, and just want to share a few titles from the notes sections of this book  For John 5, the Insights notes were titled Pass the Praise, Please, the title for the Walking in section was called Walking in Release, Do You Want to be Well.  The notes in this wonderful Bible for mom's are well written and well placed notes that will cause you to dig further into the Bible. 
The actual Bible portion of this Bible is the New Century Version, a contemporary, clear version, translated from the original Greek and Hebrew.  The back of the Bible has questions and answers for many Biblical questions, a place for notes and a topical index.  1474 pages $29.99 US 4 stars
